Operation Clay - Russian rock band. "Operation Clay" - a musical group founded in 2002 in the city of Tambov. Musicians define their style as «young-lovers-rock». Today, the group has recorded five albums: "Do not save!" (2005), the acoustic album "Matinee" (2006), "In your own words" (2007), "Operation Clay" (2009), «Lucky 7s» (2011) . Group presents their work in two applications: acoustic and electric, which are very different from each other, but united sincerity and striking emotional performance. During its history, the group has given more than 300 concerts in the cities of Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Veliky Novgorod, Lipetsk, Voronezh, Ryazan, Tver, Tolyatti, Penza, Yekaterinburg, Tyumen, Izhevsk, etc.) and Ukraine (Kiev, Kharkov, Odessa, Donetsk, etc.). There is an ongoing constant concerts, a new material, work with session players and other electrical aktivnost.Pervy Operations Clay concert was held in 2002. Thus began the career of the group. Already after the first few performances group gathers full houses in his native city of Tambov. In 2005, the operation of their own Plasticine recorded its first album, "Do not save you!" (Sound designer - Sergey Kartsev), a song with which, under the title "Everything else is just smoke" gets on the book "History of the Tambov rock." Turning point for the creation of the group becomes 2006. The band first leaves the Tambov region, and gives several concerts in Moscow clubs. This year Operation Clay speaks at major Russian festival "Crossroads" in Nizhny Novgorod (the song "New Chaos" hits the eponymous collection in support of the festival). In spring 2007, Operation Clay with FPG groups and team contract at the festival "The lessons of punk rock", held in Moscow club «Plan B». In addition, the team takes part in various concerts, playing with groups of Elysium, Catharsis, Tracktor Bowling and other stars of modern rock music, as well as the organizer of a number of major festivals in Tambov and the region. The album, entitled "In your own words," written in 2007 by a group rehearsal and self-published, divergent circulation of over 1,000 copies. Slide the disc in Tambov collects full house club "Sputnik". In winter 2008, Operation Clay makes first studio demo-recording on the Moscow studio Powerskaya (sound - Timur Mirzoev). Work on the disk ends in May. Songs from the album are played in various radio stations (Nashe Radio, Radio Ohm, Undeground Fm, Radio Storm, etc.) and collections. In summer 2008, the band went on their first tour in Russia and Ukraine. The tour team performs at major festivals "Promotion" (Togliatti), "The Prophet" (Konotop, Ukraine), in collaboration with groups pilot cries Vidopliassova, Rage (Germany) and others, and also provides a number of solo club concerts. In the autumn the band signed a contract for the publication of the first studio recording with the Moscow label UnoMomentoRecords. Presentation of the plate held in Moscow, St. Petersburg and other Russian cities. In 2009, the band began to record their first full studio album in a Moscow studio True Production (sound album - Igor Pavlov, known for his work with Nike Borzov, a group of Metropolis, etc.). Another turning point in the life of the team is in 2011, when once again changed the composition of the group comes to their own style (later guys characterize it as young lovers rock) and recorded the album «Lucky 7's», which includes 7 songs electricity, seven in acoustics and 7 poems written the music.
