Jay Rodriguez

He's a phenomenal jazz musician who's played with Prince, Miles Davis, Sir Roland Hanna, George Coleman, Jimmy Heath, Kenny Werner, Joe Lovano, and Joe Henderson. Although I personally have only heard of the first two. :) And for those of who who care about such things, he has worked with and produced extensively for Ray Barreto, Bobby Sanabria, Guru, Annie Lenox, Elvin Jones, Steps Ahead, The Mingus Big Band, and John Faddis. He's one of the founding members of Groove Collective. He predominantly plays different types saxophones, the bass clarinet and sometimes even he graces us with his flute playing.
