Producer by day, DJ by night, Morsy is a musical powerhouse who has performed for audiences all over the world. He's shared stages with top acts like Moby, Steve Aoki, Stanton Warriors, Dirty Vegas and DJ AM and has been featured in Rolling Stone, Time Out & Details magazines. With over a decade of DJ experience in New York City nightlife to working the worlds largest cruise ship, Morsy's invigorating style keeps the dance floors going wild every time. Clients: Royal Caribbean Cruise, Puma, H&M, Saks, Bacardi, The Westin Agency: Scratch Music Group -- FULL BIOGRAPHY: Founder of the DJ collective Nana Chill (Started in 2002) with partner, DJ Dayta. Though, living in different cities of the US, (Morsy from New York City and Dayta representing Houston, Texas) the two organized events in their hometowns playing weekly sets of House, Hip-Hop, Reggae & Funk. In 2006 Morsy would go on to join forces with New York City based DJ / Promoter, Chris Lehault aka DJ Kester. The two combined, were known as Crooked Disco; throwing monthly events in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Eventually moving to the famous Le Poisson Rouge in lower Manhattan. Crooked Disco was known for booking many top DJ and Live acts from all around the globe. They would often get support from their local press at Time Out Magazine and The Village Voice, which featured Crooked Disco as "Best Parties in New York City" When Morsy wasn't throwing events and DJing, he would spend countless hours his studio learning music production and creating dance edits & mix tapes. Famous for the "Emo-Thug" mash-up series, Morsy would get his first taste at traveling the world, where he played to large European crowds all over Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic and the Netherlands. Years later Morsy signed with DJ talent agency, Scratch Music Group; where he began his venture into the corporate DJ world. Working with such clients as H&M, Saks, The Westin, Barcardi, Kenneth Cole, and Royal Caribbean Cruise. During his monthly visits on the cruise lines, Morsy would earn his way up DJing the worlds largest cruise ship, Allure of the seas; traveling through out the Caribbean Islands. From 2011 to Present, Morsy has put prime focus onto his music production skills, working with upcoming rising artists in the New York City area. Specifically building his carrier in the House music scene. Morsy has been releasing music with famed European record labels such as Top Billin, Extended Music, Abracadabra Recordings & Check In Recordings.
