âThank U, Nextâ (stylized as thank u, next) is the upcoming fifth studio album by American singer-songwriter Ariana Grande. It will be released on February 8, 2019. The title-track of the album, "thank u, next", was released on November 3, 2018 and a few minutes before the episode of Saturday Night Live, which had a promotional clip of Grande's ex-fiancÃ© Pete Davidson making a joke, with Maggie Roggers, about the two's failed engagement. The song debuted at the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming her first song to do so. The first promotional single, "imagine" was released on December 14, 2018. It will be the first song on the tracklist. Commercially, the song hit 8 on the UK singles chart and 24 on the Billboard Hot 100. The second single, "7 Rings" was released on January 18, 2019 alongside its music video.
