Thom Bell

Thom Bell (born Thomas Randolph Bell, 26 January 1943 in Kingston, Jamaica) is Grammy Award winning American songwriter and producer, best known as one of the creators of the (Philly) Philadelphia style of soul music in the 1970s. Born in Jamaica he moved to Philadelphia as a child.
